Access

To gain key card access to the Pilot Plant (FNH 190), please complete the following steps:

  • Complete all UBC and LFS Mandatory Training, as well as all laboratory safety training requirements.
  • Complete FNH Building/Lab Site Orientation (contact lfs.facilities@ubc.ca to schedule orientation).
  • Upload all required training certificates to the TRMS (To access this page off-campus, please connect to the UBC VPN).
  • Fill out the access request form below.
  • Carefully read the FNH190 Code of Conduct and Policy. Once reviewed, sign the Code of Conduct and Waiver of Responsibility and ensure they are also signed by your supervisor/PI. Please send the signed copy to info.pilotplant@ubc.ca.
  • To schedule FNH190 orientation and/or equipment-specific training, please email the Pilot Plant Operations at info.pilotplant@ubc.ca.
